I can only give you an idea of the "average" in terms of the cost per follicular unit graft because hair transplant costs depend on a number of things, including the type of hair replacement surgery - follicular unit transplantation (FUT) or follicular unit extraction (FUE), the number of follicular unit grafts you receive, and the cost the hair transplant clinic charges.

The average cost per follicular unit graft for follicular unit transplantation is $4-$6 and for follicular unit extraction is $6-$10.
