How long will it take to get my lost hair back when using Scalp Med?

Answer:

Non-surgical hair loss treatments are not guaranteed to work. However the active ingredient minoxidil in Scalp Med is an FDA approved hair regrowth solution. Minoxidil typically works more effectively in areas of thinning hair but most likely won't accomplish much in completely bald areas.

In my opinion the most effective medical hair loss treatment combination is finasteride (found in Propecia and Proscar - for men only) and minoxidil (found in Rogaine, Xandrox, Scalp Med, and others).

Finasteride and minoxidil have been known to have a synergistic effect and be more effective when used in combination with one another than as standalone treatments.
