Do you think hanging upside down will help stop hair loss and cause new hair growth by increasing blood circulation to the scalp? If so, how long after hair loss and restoration surgery should one try this?
There is as much proof that hanging upside down can prevent or reverse hair loss as hanging from a swing set can make you taller. Though some have conjectured that Rogaine works in part by increasing blood circulation to the scalp and stimulating hair follicles, Rogaine's efficacy is still a bit of a mystery. The whole "hanging upside down" technique is ages old and has been proven to be a farce. There is also no real proof that increasing circulation to the scalp in itself can stop or reverse the balding process.
In my opinion, stick to proven medical hair loss treatments like finasteride (Propecia or Proscar) and minoxidil (Rogaine, Xandrox, generic, etc.).
