Dr. Biçer has a full-time exclusive hair restoration practice – Özlem Biçer Clinic, based in Istanbul, Turkey. She and her experienced staff are passionate about the care they provide for patients. She works with specialized medically trained nurses who assist her in implanting the grafts. She believes that surgeons should be performing the most critical aspects of surgery and that hair transplantation. She has a full staff of specialized nurses, nurse assistants, and pre and post-operative staff to assist their patients after surgery. The clinic has a multi-lingual staff fluent in English, Italian, French, and German.

Dr. Biçer believes in taking an inpidual approach to each patient, inpidualizing all of her consultations, and providing all of her patients with a long-term master plan to ensure present and future goals are met. She devises the surgical program, designs the hairline, performs all Follicular Unit Excisions and her specialized nurses implant the grafts.

Dr. Biçer performs Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation (FUT), Follicular Unit Excision (FUE), long hair FUE, and Body Hair Transplantation (BHT) exclusively at her clinic. Although she rarely performs FUT, she still offers it at her clinic. Dr. Biçer performs BHT for special cases where the inpidual has exhausted their scalp donor supply. Dr. Biçer's Academic Credentials

Dr. Ozlem Biçer graduated with honors in 1998 from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Trakya, located in Turkey. After completing her surgical training and medicine from the University of Trakya, she became certified to treat hair loss and to perform hair transplantation by the Health Ministry of the Turkish Republic.

Dr. Biçer has been performing hair transplantation exclusively at her clinic since 2002. She was trained by Dr. Alex Ginzburg for Follicular Unit Excision (FUE) and had been performing FUE regularly since 2004.
